Spicy Carrot Pickle

This unique preserve is a mix of carrots, vinegar, canola oil, salt, garlic, green chillies, black mustard seeds, curry leaves and a special blend of aromatic Indian spices. The traditional pickling method of fermenting the carrots in a salt brine, results in chunks of flavorfully spiced carrots that retain an irresistible crunch.

Spicy Carrot Pickle can be added to soups, stews, salad dressings or used to top burgers, hot dogs or your morning eggs. It’s a versatile condiment that can be used to spice up just about anything!

Carrot Pickle

This condiment is a slightly milder version of our Spicy Carrot Pickle. No green chillies and a reduced amount of our spice blend mean less heat but all the same big, robust flavour.

Lemon Pickle

If you love lemons, this is the pickle for you! Chunks of preserved lemon are mixed with vinegar, garlic, ginger, green chillies and spices for a tangy, sour and spicy burst of lemon flavour. Traditionally eaten with plain rice and yoghurt, this condiment pairs really well with chicken and salmon.

Lime Pickle

Our Lime Pickle is bright, tangy and bursting with lime flavour. Organic Persian limes are chopped and combined with vinegar, ginger and our aromatic spice blend in this unique ferment. We love it with seafood, especially fish tacos! Blend a little into salad dressing for a nice pop of citrus flavour. We also love it with hummus and crackers.

Kohlrabi Pickle

This seasonal favourite is made with locally-grown kohlrabi and is available starting in August. The flavour of kohlrabi is reminiscent of broccoli stalks, giving this pickle a distinctive taste. Make sure you stock up quickly, as we only produce a limited amount!

Spicy Beetroot Pickle

Made with locally-grown raw beets, this pickle is earthy, spicy and an absolutely gorgeous colour! We love it in salad dressings, with roasted veggies and on oven-roasted salmon as a glaze with maple syrup and a little mustard.

Spicy Daikon Radish Pickle

Another seasonal favourite, made with locally grown daikon, vinegar, garlic, ginger, green chillies and spices. Daikon has a very unique and distinctive flavour when pickled.
